Vitaminwater Smoothie

Pictured here are the ingredients of the smoothie I just made. I used orange vitaminwater, Edy’s vanilla frozen yogurt, strawberries, raspberries and bananas. This was my first foray into vitaminwater smoothies and I really didn’t know what to expect. I was a little worried that it would be totally nasty.

It was actually quite good. In fact, it only took me a few minutes to drink the whole thing. I think this whole vitaminwater smoothie concept deserves further experimentation.

  1. try with orange or lemon sherbet

  2. I totally agree that being vegan isnt a resiricttve diet. There is a whole other world of healthy, delicious food that isn’t so talked about. I don’t eat meat for example and don’t have refined sugar/sweets, and I in no way feel that my food choices are limited. Making that change took some getting used to, but the results are amazing.

  3. Thanks for taking the time to post. It’s lifted the level of debate

  4. What’s it take to become a sublime expounder of prose like yourself?

  5. Love Ellen!! Do we vegans relaly need a spokesperson? Why would we need representation? And of course it’s about limitations we choose to limit our diet. I`m sure you still remember the days when you KNEW it was a sacrifice! It just happens to be worth it, relaly worth it!

  6. amid the chatter of our frdneis and beats from exchange bureau, we overheard our favorite statement of the night:it’s like vitaminwater has the coolest loft ever, and they invited us over for a house party!turns out, a pretty accurate statement. we’ll see you at our place tomorrow night for DETROIT HUSTLES HARDER. then, we’ll make you breakfast in the morning.chivalry is not dead. it’s alive and well in detroit.
